Bradley S. Johnson

Prior to joining Johnson & Company, P.C. in 2005, Brad worked at a Big Four accounting firm from 1990 - 2005.  He was a frequent instructor/speaker at numerous local and national seminars.  He has held various leadership positions, including most recently senior tax manager in the Grand Rapids office.  Brad has significant experience consulting with individuals and closely held businesses.  Brad’s extensive experience includes consulting with clients on a number of matters such as: tax minimization, financial planning, business and individual income tax planning, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate taxation, trust taxation, multistate tax planning, international tax planning, and accounting matters.

Thomas L. Johnson

Certified Public Accountant

Prior to establishing his own CPA firm in 1976, Tom worked for a large international accounting firm and a Grand Rapids CPA firm.  During his 30 plus years of experience, Tom has provided clients with valuable business insight in various areas of taxation, accounting and general financial planning.  Clients include high net worth individuals and businesses in a variety of industries.  He provides many accounting services such as financial statement compilations and reviews.  He also has many years of experience in tax planning and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts.

Anita Mennell

Accountant
 

Anita has been providing accounting services since 1987.   Anita is experienced with income taxes, accounting, payroll taxes, and various bookkeeping software programs.  She is skilled in compiling receipts and disbursements including making the necessary journal entries required to create financial statements.  She is our general line of contact with most clients and has the ability to communicate effectively in order to gather information and respond to questions on accounting and general tax issues.  Anita is also experienced with preparing individual, partnership, and corporation income tax returns.
